This Facility consists of 38,000 sq ft of State of the Art equipment. This TRI-Level facility houses something for everyone. On the main level is the main entrance where you will find the front desk to check in or to find information about memberships. On this level you also have our babysitting area, tanning area, Belle Du Jour Spa and a full Juice bar with all your pre and post workout drinks. On the lower level is one of the cardio theaters, state of the art strength equipment, 1/10 mile track and  personal training from Team Fitness. You can take the elevator up to the upper level to find Mens and Ladies Locker rooms with private showers, steam and sauna rooms, maple lockers and hair dryers.  Located in the upper level you will find another cardio theater, spin class room and a group fitness aerobic studio. This entire facility is handicapped accessible.

We offer a variety of Memberships, However our best is the EFT Draft. There is a one time joining fee. At time of joining we collect the joining fee along with the first and last months dues. This membership is an open membership in which you are in control of how long you are a member. This membership has many options, call for all the details.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday 5:00am to 9:30pm Friday 5:00am to 9:00pm Saturday – Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm
